Email sr@skynet-system.com with Colystria, your device, system version and the issue. A tracking number may help with a specific request; never send passwords, API keys, personal addresses or identity documents.
Tracking is not updating
Check the number and carrier, then refresh the parcel. Some sources have no new events or limit automated requests. The carrier button opens its website. A Preparing status may mean the sender has not handed over the parcel yet.
Alerts and photo recognition
Allow notifications only if you wish. For web alerts on iPhone, add Colystria to the Home Screen from Safari. For photo recognition, frame the number, avoid glare and check the result before confirming.
Delivery complaints
Contact your seller or carrier about delivery problems. Colystria provides a tracking view and cannot access delivery operations.
